What we see is what we get.
Not really…
I have seen the past
And in that place I saw despair
Yet, in the present I saw hope
Thus the future is not known
To have despair or other holocausts
I saw what I could see
Nothing less, nothing more
For the times in which my sight
Took to ride about the world
Depended upon perception
Nothing less, nothing more
And what I felt inside
Then I took the burden from the road
And walked light until the sunset came
And there I found what I had travelled to see
Reality without foreign pains or happiness
It all depended on me
Nothing less, nothing more…
